Based in Fairbanks, Alaska, this operation serves surrounding communities with professionalism and style, using the Beechcraft King Air C90.

This type is widely available in the world of flight simulation. It is a stock aircraft within X-Plane 10+, and Aerofly 2. Carenado makes a benchmark payware for FS9/FSX/P3D/XP11+ that is easily obtainable. Northrider textures for FSX/P3D are available here for Carenado's B model, and are a variation on a stock livery for the GTx model (which was not made for FS9, like the B was; FS9 pilots can simply use the stock N6874 textures with a special tail texture bitmap file included in the download).

All airports on the map have paved runways, but the communities of Bettles, Fort Yukon and Tanana are also served. While the C90 fears no gravel runway, additional single-engine bush aircraft, which would be at an individual pilot's discretion, are likely to be used for such destinations. There's plenty of conceptual room to make Northrider yours.

Midnight sun flights offer additional summer business, letting RMA pilots escape the Arizona heat, and there's annual Iditarod support from Kenai to Nome in March. There's year-round Pipeline-related work to Deadhorse and Valdez. Anchorage services may be to Merrill Field or Ted Stevens International.
