As RMAG prepares to integrate the achievements/assignments/charter flight features of FS Hub to a deeper level, a guide to what to expect will be found here. These charters will involve both Red Mountain and SunChaser operations. Here's the sneak peek, heading into the 2026 college football season. 

 

MAY:

For the holiday weekend, the Memorial Day Air Fair in Palm Springs offers a quick round trip from our Mesa Gateway base for the Airshow Fleet.

 

 

JUNE: Mid-month sees the US Open at Shinnecock Hills, and RMAG is serving the nation's golf championship. Fly from a distance greater than 200 nm away to KFOK to enjoy the event. Light bizjets and turboprops are the best aircraft for the job here.

 

 

JULY: Every av-geek loves Oshkosh, which is why N67RM makes the annual round trip to AirVenture. Fly the Basler and/or Starship KIWA-KMKC-KOSH and back. This charter will last into August.

AUGUST: The weekend of the 15th-16th is the Wings Over Camarillo Airshow, offering an Airshow Fleet trip from KIWA.

SEPTEMBER: FIU at USF starts the Sunshine State college football season in Week 1, making for a nice round trip from Key West.

 

An early season clash of SEC and Big Ten powers in Ann Arbor makes for a compelling college football charter in Week 2. KGLS-KYIP and vv is already booked for Oklahoma at Michigan. Will we see the more typical bookings from Palm Beach, Marathon or Key West?

 

The Shula Bowl has FIU traveling to Boca Raton in Week 3. There's a turboprop charter roundtrip from Marathon to be had. This same weekend also features the Roswell Airshow, out west, making for a nice round trip from Mesa Gateway for the Airshow Fleet.

OCTOBER: Later in the season, Halloween at the Doak vs Clemson, and Thanksgiving Saturday hosting the Gators will have the Key West-Tallahassee runs busy (but these are also regular runs for governmental reasons, not charters). Florida State visits Miami in mid-October as well. Halloween weekend also features the Wings Over Houston Airshow at Ellington Field

NOVEMBER: As the final month of the college football regular season progresses, there's bound to be some big games commanding serious interest. Michigan at Ohio State is a given, on the month's final Saturday.

DECEMBER: The Ocean Reef Club Air Show features on the first weekend; usually an excuse to fly a single engine aircraft like the Legacy2 out of Key West.
